To attend these classes you should, ideally, have a knowledge of the common poses and flows.

But if you are new to yoga, and have a good level of general fitness, these classes will also be suitable for you, options are given so the practice is suitable for most people.

Each class individually crafted. Although I have a class plan, I look at the students in the room and teach to what I see. The plan changes and adapts to the needs of individuals and the class as a whole.
