To attend these classes you should, ideally, have a knowledge of the common poses and flows.

But if you are new to yoga, and have a good level of general fitness, these classes will also be suitable for you, options are given so the practice is suitable for most people.

These uplifting classes contain most fundamental asanas within the main postural classification including;

  • warm ups

  • standing poses

  • forward & back bends

  • hip-openers

  • twists

  • inversions

  • hand balancing

  • supine poses
