As a complete yoga sceptic, Andrea’s six-week beginner's class completely changed my outlook. With an unrivalled depth of knowledge on the subject, each class gradually increased my understanding of the practice along with improving my flexibility as well as learning how to relax after a stressful day – the skills and techniques Andrea explained I am now continuing daily.

Great class, Andrea really breaks down and explains the poses and movements so that you can feel everything working. And creates lovely creative class themes


I have dithered about trying yoga for so many years. In January I decided to give it a go when I stumbled upon Andrea's beginners class block (I have never liked the idea of joining a normal class with no clue what I am doing, which many teachers suggest). I am so very glad I did - one beginners block, a warrior block and now a weekly level 1 class. If you are in "dither mode", like I was..I highly recommend giving the beginners course a go. Such a warm reception from everyone whatever class you attend."
