These sessions give you the opportunity to work in a one-to-one basis (or a small group) to work on your specific goals & needs.
The classes are taught either at my home studio, online or can be at your home, office (location 10 mile radius from Farnborough. In each session the focus is on individual needs such as:
Toning, Strengthening and Energising;
Taking your existing yoga practice further;
Recovery from an injury
Starting to do yoga as a beginner
Learning more about yoga philosophy
You can book me for a special event such as a hen party or a birthday - to celebrate with your own personal class with your friends.
You can choose the style of class - either as an active asana class, a restorative class, a mediation, or a combination
All classes are designed around what you want.

When you start one-one sessions with me, it is important that we set some clear ideas about what it is you want from the sessions, so you get the best out of them. I therefore start students on a three class block (one class a week) of a special introductory price of £120.
On the first session we get to spend some time where I can assess your movement pattern & we can work together to form some goals. From there I can design your personal lesson plans.
After your initial three sessions you can then book an individual class £60 per hour or you can book in blocks to save ££s . A block of three is £165 (£55 per session), a block of six is £300 (£50 per session) *There may be an extra charge for travel
