Myself and Jade (from Rejuvenate with Jade) are delighted to offer you a this workshop filled with peace, bliss and support in this half day retreat.in the gorgeous venue of St George's Church

This session will be inspired by arrival of spring, we will look to nature as it starts to come alive to be inspired to feel a renewed sense of energy and vitality.
There will be a 90 minute level 1 Anusara yoga flow (led by myself), setting you off to reflect on on just as Spring is associated awakening to abundance how you already hold this within you - to awaken to this.
We will be using Lakshmi as our inspiration, she is the goddess who sustains the universe..
There will be a short break where and then we will join back together with tea and a sweet (abundant) treat to learn about the healing power of crystals from Jade.
Then you can choose a crystal to keep with you during the sound mediation.
This whole session will be geared around you realising your own innate fullness, helping you to awaken to all the growth and blossoming that this season brings

Jade is a crystal healer and has ethically sourced crystals from around the world. She will be sharing some information about these before you settle you down to a gorgeous 60 minute sound mediation.
Where you will bathe your mind, body and soul in this immersive sound session as you shift, relax and unwind on this fourth dimensional journey into healing.
Jade will use a range of beautiful, hand crafted, ancient instruments, so you will enter a deep relaxation as your body attunes to the resonance of rejuvenation and healing.
Bring your partner or a friend or come alone - all are welcome
Approx. Timings
1.30pm - Welcome and settling
1.40pm - Ansuara yoga
3.10pm - Free time
3.20pm - Crystals talk and sound meditation
4.40pm - Closing circle
5.00pm - Depart
What you will need
A yoga mat & props (blocks and a strap) - I can lend you these if I know in advance
A warm blanket, fleece & socks (& anything else you might like to make yourself comfortable in meditation)
A water bottle
A journal and a pen
