We will build on the knowledge you have of the basic flows and deepen your practice.

In these classes we will be breaking down & working with the warrior poses (1, 2 & 3)

I will tell you the ancient story of the origin of the poses...A love story of sorts...
It can feel a little daunting to get started (or getting started again!), so I am offering these special transition classes for you to ease back in.
Andrea has lots of patience and a brilliant way of breaking down the poses that really helps you get them right. She also links in wonderful stories into her classes that tie in with whatever pose or sequence the class is based on.
