Anusara yoga is a branch of hatha yoga that is uplifting and inspiring. This practice beautifully blends clear alignment instructions for poses with a positive life affirming philosophy - the classes will leave you feeling stretched, strengthen and relaxed physically, mentally and emotionally..

These classes will teach you all the essentials you will need to begin your yoga journey or to deepen your existing yoga practice. They will give you the groundwork and confidence to attend regular classes or give you more understanding of common poses and flows. The classes will help you create body awareness, strength and tone, and also help you find calm & peacefulness in your everyday beautiful life! As a bonus:, when you book the beginners course,  you will also receive access to the pre-recorded the videos of those classes. These recording give you a chance to re-do a class, and it means you never need to worry about missing out on your yoga practice if you cant make a class.

Special Transition Classes
Three beautiful Anusara yoga classes to transition from beginners to level 1, or if you've had a break & you want to re-introduce yourself slowly to class these will be perfect for you. We will build on the knowledge you have of the basic flows and deepen your practice. In these classes we will be breaking down & working with the warrior poses (1, 2 & 3), while I tell you the ancient story of the origin of the poses...A love story of sorts...
It can feel a little daunting to get started (or getting started again!), so I am offering these special transition classes for you to ease back in..

Andrea has lots of patience and a brilliant way of breaking down the poses that really helps you get them right. She also links in wonderful stories into her classes that tie in with whatever pose or sequence the class is based on.
