Anusara yoga is a branch of hatha yoga that is uplifting and inspiring.
In my classes you can expect to feel the physical benefits of the practice and learn something new about your mind and body each time.
I use themes (along with humor and playfulness) to communicate yoga’s most important teachings in an approachable way, so you can truly feel the yoga magic!
My teaching approach is rooted in alignment, accessibility, and having fun!

Types Of Classes
Level 1 Classes
In these classes we take things steady, moving & having fun!
Perfect if you have some yoga knowledge or a reasonable level of fitness.
Although all classes can be attended as drop in (where space allows) I teach in blocks that follow a similar theme and flow, progressively building on your knowledge through the six weeks.
Courses And Workshops
Yoga & Tibetan Bowls
Partnering with Charlie (Thyme with Charlie) to offer you a this workshop filled with peace, bliss and support in this mini 2 hour retreat.
There is an invigorating level 1 asana class, followed by restorative and a Tibetan bowl meditation - full of ahhhhh-ness!

Starts 10th Sept -In this Six part block of classes we will be honouring the shift of seasons. It is easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of new timetables and responsibilties. But autumn is a season to unwind and reground.
In this block we will look to find compassion both for yourself and others - when you begin with yourself this flows out to others..

Restorative Yoga

A class of deep relaxation, containing 30 mins of passive poses, using props, the focus is on ease and release.
​
Following on there will be a 30 min guided Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation, promoting deep rest & relaxation.

Anybody can participate, no matter what your fitness level.

Yoga And Tibetan Bowls

I am joining forces with the beautiful Charlie (Thyme with Charlie) to offer you a this workshop filled with peace, bliss and support in this mini 2 hour retreat.

The level 1 class will be themed on the Crown chakra
We will finish the class with some longer held restorative poses (during this section of the class Charlie may place bowls on you for some healing).
After we have settled into shavasana, Charlie will take over for a a beautiful Tibetan singing bowls meditation.

Membership And Videos
Many of my regular students wanted a monthly package where they have a rolling membership.
If you would like this option rather than paying for the individual blocks it works out slightly cheaper than the block option. With this package you get one class a week with me, for 46 weeks of the year.
You also get added bonus, such as discounts on restorative classes and any workshops I run.
You also get access to my full video library, meaning even on the weeks Im on holiday you have access to a variety of classes.

Block Booking Bonuses
