Anusara yoga is a branch of hatha yoga that is uplifting and inspiring.
This practice beautifully blends clear alignment instructions for poses with a positive life affirming philosophy

Level 1 Classes
In these classes we take things steady, moving & having fun!
Perfect if you have some yoga knowledge or a reasonable level of fitness.
Beginners Course/Transition Classes
Beginners - A six week course designed to build your confidence and yoga knowledge as you build your strength & flexibility
Private Lessons
One-to-one classes (or a very small group) to work on your specific goals & needs.
Or you can book me for a bespoke class for you and your friends for a unique experience for a special occasion like your hen or birthday party
Rest & Restore Yoga
These classes are gentle & supportive. Benefitting both body & mind to give you a system re-boot!
No yoga experience needed & all fitness levels can join in

Partnering with Charlie (Thyme with Charlie) to offer you a this workshop filled with peace, bliss and support in this mini 2 hour retreat

Yoga And Tibetan Bowls
Early Bird £35 untill 31st May

I am joining forces with the beautiful Charlie (Thyme with Charlie) to offer you a this workshop filled with peace, bliss and support in this mini 2 hour retreat.
The level 1 class will be themed on the heart charka.
We will finish the class with some longer held restorative poses (during this section of the class Charlie may place bowls on you for some healing).
After we have settled into shavasana, Charlie will take over for a a beautiful Tibetan singing bowls meditation.

Restorative Yoga
Mon 30th May, 8.15-9.15PM, Shieling House, Farnborough, GU14 7QU, and Livestream £10

A class of deep relaxation, containing 30 mins of passive poses, using props, the focus is on ease and release.
Following on there will be a 30 min guided Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation, promoting deep rest & relaxation.
Anybody can participate, no matter what your fitness level.

If you want a more flexible "Netflix" style option - then maybe my monthly membership would be a good option for you?

You can buy just a single class (you keep this for 7 days to repeat time & time again),a single day to explore as many classes as you wish (have your own retreat day!), a class bundle package.

In person classes can be attended virtually. This means If you are fit & well enough to attend the class, but can't for any reason (such as you are self-isolating) you can attend the live class via live stream instead.
If you cant attend your normal session, if there is space on a different one, you can transfer to a different slot.
