Restorative yoga can have enormous benefits for both body and mind & this beautiful practice gives you a system re-boot.

"I truly look forward to the class. It leaves me feeling completely refreshed and zen like

                                             - Amanda -

When we feel stress, and the mind starts to race,  we can start to feel overwhelmed and drained -  your nervous system is taking a beating...

Restorative yoga can help to balance this and has an enormous capacity to heal stress-related physical and emotional issues.

In the class we follow this up with a beautiful yoga nidra - a guided meditation..to lead you into a deep state of bliss so you can float off, ready to tackle life's challenges feeling renewed and restored..

Overall it just makes you feel renewed and back with sparkle in your life - a real stress buster!

  • The practice is suitable for all fitness levels.

  • The restorative section of the class contains about 30 mins of these passive poses, the focus is on ease and release.

  • We use props like pillows, blankets and blocks to completely support the body in poses and we stay there for up to 10 minutes per pose, moving softly and gently..

  • This is followed by a 30 min guided Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation, follows promoting deep rest & relaxation.
