You will find out the story that lies behind them and how it can have relevance for your life today.

Ever heard the instruction "Turn your hips to the front of the mat in Warrior 1" & thought "Nope my hips don't work like that!" I've certainly been there!
On this course
We will be breaking down & working with the warrior poses (1, 2 & 3)
We will use the Anusara UPAs to build a full body understanding of what needs to happen to make these poses feel joyful
We will build on the knowledge you have of the basic flows and deepen your practice.
I will tell you the ancient story of the origin of the poses...A love story of sorts...

Develop your existing practice
Strengthen your confidence and yoga knowledge
Feel comfortable in your body and your abilities
Find joy in movement
Build on your meditation practice
To have fun!
The course will:
Take things steady, breaking down these foundational warrior poses and learning how to adapt them to suit you
Give you a deeper understanding of the meaning behind the poses
Help you create body awareness, strength and tone
Help you find calm & peacefulness in your everyday beautiful life!
When you book the transition course, you will;
Receive access to the pre-recorded the videos of those classes
You can redo a class & it means you never need to worry about missing out on your yoga practice if you can't make a class
Livestream Class option - you can attend online if you can't attend in person (if eg you are self isolating)
So if you want to develop your practice further OR if you've fallen off the ‘yoga wagon’, (don’t worry, it happens to most of us at some point), this is the opportunity to really delve deep into these poses or to get back on that wagon!
